From the flow of light across the interiors to the thoughtful textures that welcome you inside, the design speaks to both San Clemente’s heritage and its future.
Our new home also carries deep personal meaning. Decades ago, this very address was where Doug’s parents helped establish San Clemente Real Estate, and later, where Doug built his career at First Team and Pacific Sotheby’s. To return now, with Inhabit, is to bring the story full circle—rooted in history, yet looking forward with fresh eyes.
Most importantly, the space was created for people. For our agents, it is a hub of collaboration and support. For our clients, it is a place to feel seen and represented with care. And for our community, it stands as a commitment to remain fully invested here—locally owned, locally driven, and here for the long term.
