For the past decade, Matt and Mikaela Webber have helped clients throughout South Orange County buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Longtime residents themselves, they bring a deep understanding of the communities they serve and a practical, highly personal approach built around one goal: creating as much value as possible for their clients.

Their perspective on real estate extends well beyond the transaction. Together, Matt and Mikaela have completed five full-home remodels, own investment properties, and have built a trusted network throughout the construction and home improvement industries. Matt, a Fire Captain, grew up around construction through his father, a general contractor with more than 45 years of experience. That background gives Team Webber a practiced eye for understanding not only what a property is worth today, but what it could become.

Mikaela brings a strong understanding of the local market and a relationship-driven approach grounded in listening closely to what matters to each client. Matt brings construction knowledge, investment experience, an extensive professional network, and a natural instinct for problem-solving. Together, they help clients evaluate potential, anticipate challenges, understand where money is best spent, and make informed decisions whether buying, selling, renovating, or investing.
