Meet MATT WEBBER

Matt Webber's understanding of homes began long before his career in real estate. Growing up with a father who has spent more than 45 years as a general contractor, Matt learned early to look beyond what a property looks like to understand how it was built, where problems may exist, and what thoughtful improvements can make possible. That perspective has become an important part of the work he and his wife, Mikaela, have done with families throughout South Orange County for the past 10 years.

Together, Matt and Mikaela have completed five full-home remodels and own investment properties, giving Matt firsthand experience with renovation costs, construction decisions, property improvements, and the realities that exist beyond a home's finishes and square footage. Over the years, he has also developed an extensive network of trusted professionals throughout the construction and home improvement industries.

For his clients, that experience means being able to look at a property from more than one angle. Matt can help recognize potential, anticipate challenges, evaluate improvements, and understand where money is worth spending and where it isn't. Whether preparing a home for sale, considering a renovation, evaluating a fixer, or looking at an investment opportunity, his focus remains the same: create value, avoid unnecessary expense, and protect his clients' interests along the way.

Matt is also a Fire Captain, a career that has reinforced the leadership, composure, accountability, and problem-solving instincts he brings to real estate. As co-founder of Team Webber and part of Inhabit Collective, he pairs his construction and investment experience with sophisticated marketing, local relationships, technology, and the resources of a collaborative independent brokerage.

Matt and Mikaela are raising their three children, Hollis, Duke, and Hazel, in South Orange County, where time away from work is often spent at the beach, on the mountain bike trails, or enjoying the local places that make this community home.
