Meet MIKAELA WEBBER

Over the past 10 years, Mikaela Webber has built her real estate career around two things that matter deeply to her: understanding the South Orange County market and understanding the people making important decisions within it. As a real estate broker and co-founder of Team Webber, she brings experience and market knowledge to the process, but her approach remains highly personal. She believes the best representation begins with listening closely enough to understand not simply what a client wants to do, but what they are ultimately trying to accomplish.

Her understanding of property is both professional and personal. Together with her husband and business partner, Matt, Mikaela has completed five full-home remodels and owns investment properties, giving her firsthand experience with the decisions that continue well beyond escrow. She understands how preparation, renovation, presentation, and long-term value intersect, and how the choices made around a property can affect both the experience of living in it and its eventual value.

That perspective shapes the way Mikaela represents buyers and sellers. She helps clients look beyond the immediate decision to consider the larger picture: how a property fits their life, what opportunities or limitations it may hold, where an investment makes sense, and what today's choices could mean down the road. For sellers, she brings that same thinking to how a home is prepared, positioned, and presented to the market.

As co-founder of Team Webber and part of Inhabit Collective, Mikaela combines her real estate expertise and knowledge of South Orange County with Matt's construction and investment perspective, supported by the marketing, creative resources, technology, and local connections of a collaborative independent brokerage.

Mikaela and Matt are raising their three children, Hollis, Duke, and Hazel, in South Orange County, where the beaches, trails, restaurants, and communities they enjoy as a family are the same places they have the privilege of serving through their work.
