Together, Seth and Vanessa Ebel bring a rare blend of heart, strategy, and design to their work with Inhabit Collective. Based in San Clemente and deeply rooted in the South Orange County community, they approach real estate as both an art and a service—helping people move through life’s most meaningful transitions with care, clarity, and confidence.

Vanessa, a fourth-generation Southern Californian and former fashion stylist, brings an intuitive sense of design and presentation to every home. She knows how to position, market, and style spaces in ways that evoke emotion and inspire connection.

Seth, a longtime pastor and ministry leader with a Master’s in Theological Studies, brings a relational warmth and depth of understanding that turn transactions into lasting relationships. His discerning, client-first approach helps people make confident, grounded decisions at every step.

Married for more than two decades, Seth and Vanessa are raising their two teenagers, Jude and Isla, in San Clemente. Deeply connected to their faith, family, and coastal lifestyle, they embody the spirit of the community they serve.
