Vanessa, a fourth-generation Southern Californian and former fashion stylist, brings an intuitive sense of design and presentation to every home. She knows how to position, market, and style spaces in ways that evoke emotion and inspire connection.

Seth, a longtime pastor and ministry leader with a Master’s in Theological Studies, brings a relational warmth and depth of understanding that turn transactions into lasting relationships. His discerning, client-first approach helps people make confident, grounded decisions at every step.

As part of Inhabit Collective, the Ebels are supported by a collaborative team that shares their values of integrity, design, and community. Together, they deliver boutique-level service backed by local expertise and a genuine commitment to helping others find home—in every sense of the word.

Married for more than two decades, Seth and Vanessa are raising their two teenagers, Jude and Isla, in San Clemente. Deeply connected to their faith, family, and coastal lifestyle, they embody the spirit of the community they serve.
