Since entering real estate in 2015, Seth Ebel has brought a distinctive blend of integrity, care, diligence, and strategy to his role as a Realtor with Inhabit Collective. Known for his relational warmth and thoughtful communication, Seth approaches real estate as both an art and a service—helping people make confident, meaningful moves through life’s most important transitions.
With 25 years in ministry leadership and a Master’s in Theological Studies, Seth spent nearly two decades as a pastor in San Clemente before entering real estate. That experience shaped his ability to listen deeply, lead with discernment, and serve with authenticity. Combined with his eye for design and extensive local network, it gives him a rare ability to help clients recognize both the beauty and potential in every home.
As part of Inhabit Collective, Seth is surrounded by a team that shares his commitment to collaboration, design, and community. Together, they deliver boutique-level service within a forward-thinking, locally rooted brokerage that values connection as much as results.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Seth and his wife, Vanessa, have called San Clemente home for two decades. They’re raising two teenagers, Jude and Isla, and are deeply woven into the local community. Outside of work, Seth finds joy in surfing, beach walks with his family, good food, great music, and laughter with friends.
For Seth, home is more than a destination—it’s the place where life’s best stories begin.
