Meet CANDICE LAZAR

For Candice Lazar, real estate has been a part of life from the very beginning. With a mother who built her career in the business, she grew up surrounded by open houses, contracts, and conversations about finding the perfect home. That early influence sparked her own passion for the industry, which she pursued while studying Communications and Public Relations at UC San Diego. While in school, Candice worked alongside top-producing agents in Rancho Santa Fe, gaining early exposure to luxury real estate and laying the foundation for a career defined by professionalism, creativity, and care.

A proud Southern California native, Candice has called San Clemente home for nearly 20 years. She loves the close-knit spirit of the community, where families thrive, neighbors look out for one another, and the coastal lifestyle is woven into everyday living. Family is central to who she is: Candice and her husband of 22 years are raising two daughters and a labradoodle named Piper. Much of her free time is spent supporting her girls’ passion for water polo through the San Clemente Water Polo Club and high school programs.

Candice’s professional path has taken her through both real estate and the action sports industry, where she spent years in sales with leading brands like Volcom. Those experiences sharpened her eye for design, strengthened her ability to spot potential where others might not, and deepened her expertise in building lasting client relationships. Today, she blends that creative vision with sharp market knowledge and a reputation for integrity to deliver exceptional results for buyers and sellers alike.

Known for her honesty, thoroughness, and ability to create long-term connections, Candice takes pride in guiding clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions.
